Job summary

Sanofi in Swiftwater, PA is seeking an MES Specialist to support the Manufacturing Systems & Automation team. You will work closely with site manufacturing operations to maintain and configure the MES, focusing on electronic batch records and on-call MES support.

The role requires knowledge of MES/EBR, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deploy new products and revisions while ensuring GMP compliance and data integrity across production lines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 1+ year of MES/eBR and automation support experience.
• Hands-on experience with Siemens OpCenter and DCS/SCADA systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop MES/EBR solutions including recipe and configuration changes.
• Ensure seamless system integration with digital applications to support production and data management.
• Ensure GMP and regulatory compliance through specification development, testing, and validation.
• Collaborate with site teams to tailor MES strategies and meet business needs.
• Coordinate with vendors and project teams for manufacturing systems selections.
• Provide on-call support and training for operations and new MES Specialists.
• Lead design reviews and user acceptance testing during changes.
• Develop and implement changes across manufacturing systems per requirements.
• Participate in facility operational meetings to meet reporting needs.
• Document requirements with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Facilities, and Tech Transfer.
