Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Automation, Manufacturing, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related technical discipline.
- Experience with Allen-Bradley/Rockwell and Siemens PLC/HMI platforms.
- Strong PLC programming, troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Experience supporting manufacturing automation and industrial control systems.
Responsibilities
- Support MES-to-PLC integrations during launches, ramp-ups, and operations.
- Configure and maintain communications between MES and PLC systems.
- Create and maintain PLC tags and logic for MES transactions and reporting.
- Collaborate with Process Engineers and MES teams to integrate manufacturing processes.
- Document MES-related PLC modifications and production support activities.
