Merrimack Valley Endoscopy Center is seeking an Endoscopy RN- PRN per diem to deliver safe patient care in intraoperative settings. Responsibilities include preparing and positioning patients, assisting surgeons, maintaining sterile technique, and coordinating with the care team to ensure smooth operation of endoscopy procedures.
Required are a valid RN license in the appropriate state, high school diploma or equivalent, and BLS/ACLS/PALS as per ASC policy.
Merrimack Valley Endoscopy Center practice offers patients prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of gastrointestinal disorders. We perform specialized diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, including colonoscopy, esophagogastroscopy, small bowel enteroscopy, and esophageal dilation. We have a fully-equipped imaging center on-site. Our facility is accredited by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Healthcare (AAAHC) and licensed by Medicare.

Under the direction of Clinical Leadership the Endoscopy RN- PRN has responsibility for the delivery of patient care that promotes safety and well-being of all patients and staff in the intraoperative areas. Provide appropriate assessment of physical, psychosocial/family, cultural, personal beliefs or restrictions, cognitive abilities, and pain and comfort needs. Monitor patient care to assess the progress of the endoscopy room process. Maintain open communication with all staff to promote improvement in performance and quality care.
