Job summary

Innovecture in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a MERN Full Stack Engineer focused on Legacy Modernization & AI. You will work on modernization of enterprise applications, integrating robust REST APIs and microservices.

The role emphasizes security, authentication, and API governance while leveraging AI-assisted development tools. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience across MongoDB, Express, React, and Node, plus familiarity with Apigee and legacy migrations.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
• Enterprise application development and modernization experience.
• Understanding of SOA and enterprise app architecture.
• Experience developing and integrating REST APIs and microservices.
• Familiarity with cross-cutting concerns: security, authentication/authorization, logging, error handling, monitoring, resiliency.
• Apigee or other API Gateway/API Management experience is beneficial.
• Experience with legacy modernization or migration is strongly preferred.
• Comfort with .NET-based legacy applications, including code and business logic understanding.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Comfort with AI-assisted development tools for code analysis, migration, development, testing, and productivity.
