Job summary

The Travelers Indemnity Company is seeking a Software Engineer I to contribute to our growing Technology landscape. You will perform intermediate end-to-end engineering tasks, develop, test, and document systems, and participate in troubleshooting and operations.

Must have three years of programming experience with MERN or Java/.NET, strong JavaScript/TypeScript, REST APIs, and familiarity with AWS, Kafka, CI/CD, and microservices. This role offers competitive compensation and benefits.

Three years of programming/development experience.
Delivery - intermediate delivery skills to meet commitments and decompose work into small releases.
Domain expertise with understanding technical concepts and business issues.
Problem solving skills including debugging and identifying root causes.

Responsibilities

Perform analysis, design, development, and configuration for intermediate complexity.
Participate with team to resolve defects and incidents of intermediate complexity.
