Position Overview

The successful candidate will focus primarily on corporate mergers and acquisitions, while also supporting a variety of commercial real estate transactions. • Salary: $150,000 - $220,000+, depending on experience
• Significant bonus potential for attorneys who exceed billable expectations
• Annual billable requirement: 1,900 hours, including credit for up to 100 hours dedicated to business development, CLE presentations, speaking engagements, networking, and thought leadership.
