BCG Attorney Search in Dallas seeks a Corporate M&A Associate with 5-7 years of experience to join the Corporate Department. You will handle represents public and private M&A, joint ventures, and complex transactions, driving deals from structuring through closing.

You will lead workstreams, mentor junior lawyers, and advise on governance and day-to-day corporate matters, partnering with partners and clients to deliver practical business-focused legal advice.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of corporate transactional experience, with a strong emphasis on public and private M&A.
• Proven ability to run workstreams and lead/supervise junior team members.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Admission to practice in Texas (or eligibility to waive in).
