Salary: $250K - $350K (based on YOE)

Prestigious National Law Firm is searching for a Mergers & Acquisitions Attorney for the Midtown NYC Office.

This position will be primarily focused on M&A (public and private) but may from time to time be involved with other corporate matters, potentially including IPOs, capital markets engagements and other. Candidates must have 3 years – 7 years prior M&A/general corporate training required. Must be admitted to practice in New York.
