Hightower Advisors in Chicago seeks a Manager of M&A Integrations to guide newly acquired advisory practices onto the Hightower platform. You will study workflows, client onboarding, trading and compliance to optimize integration and support Advisors in a smooth transition.
The ideal candidate has hands-on RIA operations experience, is curious and solution-driven, and excels working with Advisors and support staff on cross-functional projects. Travel up to 50% is required.

The Manager of M&A Integrations is a key member of the team responsible for ensuring that newly acquired Advisor practices experience a smooth, well-supported transition onto the Hightower platform. This role focuses on understanding each practice’s workflows, service model, and client experience so Advisors can quickly and confidently operate within a Hightower ecosystem.
The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in an Advisory practice within a Registered Investment Advisory (RIA) environment. They will be naturally curious, solutions-oriented, and comfortable navigating the nuances of Advisor operations. Their experience working directly with Advisors will help them anticipate challenges and design an onboarding experience that sets each practice up for long-term success. This role is focused on cross-functional execution management, while working directly with Advisors and support staff of newly acquired teams.
