A leading company in Dayton is seeking a Mergers & Acquisitions Analyst to join their team. This role involves conducting financial analysis to guide investment strategies and manage integration projects. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in finance or accounting and excellent project management skills. As a Mergers & Acquisitions Analyst, you will work with our Mergers & Acquisitions team to provide in-depth financial analysis across the entire investment lifecycle. Your ability to assess each target’s earnings, net working capital, and forecasted performance to determine an overall valuation will be essential for directing the team’s investment strategy and subsequent integration efforts. You will be expected to coordinate integration projects for the finance/accounting teams, conduct independent research and analysis, and perform other financial projects as assigned.
