In This Role You Will...
- Participate in due diligence meetings, gather key financial data, and track action items.
- Contribute to pre-close integration tasks, including data analysis of customer/vendor lists, contracts, and financial records.
- Support ERP data conversion and validation, including customer/vendor data, sub-ledger loads, and balance sheet entries.
- Collaborate with FP&A and accounting teams to ensure seamless financial process integration.
- Perform month-end close activities, including journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Provide support for accounts payable, expense reporting, and accounts receivable processes.
- Assist with annual audits, internal/capital project accounting, and process improvement initiatives.
- Support project management tasks, tracking integration checklists and deliverables.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments (e.g., Technology, Talent).
What you need to be successful...
- All remote positions are based in the United States, and candidates must reside within the U.S. to be eligible for consideration.
- 3-5 years of experience in general accounting functions (general ledger, journal entries, invoice processing, and/or payroll).
- 1+ years of experience in Project Management (Preferred).
- 1+ years of experience in Mergers & Acquisitions (Preferred).
- Workday experience a plus.
- Experience with ERP systems, including booking journal entries, running reports, and data integration/validation.
