Mercy South float pool in St. Louis, MO seeks a dynamic Registered Nurse to provide care across multiple units with variety, challenge, and learning opportunities.

You’ll rotate through Orthopedics, Med/Surg, Telemetry, ICU, Emergency, and more, gaining versatility while delivering compassionate patient care. Mercy offers a $20,000 sign-on bonus, competitive hourly pay with tiered differentials, and day-one benefits.

Formación

• 1–2 years of bedside RN experience.
• Nursing degree from an accredited school (BSN preferred).
• Current RN license in the state.
• BLS through the American Heart Association.

Maintains professional accountability for provision of patient care for the assigned patients. Coordinates the patients care in conjunction with other departments. Maintains patients' rights and confidentiality of patient information. Functions within the scope of nursing preparation and consistent with the established guidelines of nursing practice, the goals of Mercy Health System, the Philosophy of the Sisters of Mercy, the State Nurse Practice Act, the Code of Professional and Business Ethics, and the Co-Worker Code of Conduct. Full-Time Sign-On Bonus: $20,000

• Flexible, No-Contract Option: Bonus paid in four equal installments at 6, 12, 18, and 24 months.
• Upfront Payment Option: Receive 50% at start and the remaining 50% at 6 months with a 2-year commitment.

Competitive Pay with Tiered Differentials:

• Tier 3 (Med/Surg):+$5.00/hr
• Tier 2 (Stepdown):+$7.50/hr
• Tier 1 (ICU):+$10.00/hr

Additional Shift Differentials:

• Evening: +$2.00/hr
• Night: +$2.50/hr
• Weekend: +$1.50/hr

Qualifications

• Experience:1–2 years of bedside RN experience
• Education:Nursing degree from an accredited school (BSN preferred)
• License:Current RN license in the state
• Certifications: BLS through the American Heart Association
• Physical requirements/demands:
  • Push, pull, and/or lift 50 pounds on a regular basis
  • Prolonged standing and walking each shift
  • Ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties
