Mercy South Float Pool in St. Louis, MO is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide care across multiple units, embracing variety, challenge, and ongoing learning.

You will coordinate patient care in collaboration with other departments while upholding patient rights and Mercy's standards. This full-time RN role features a $20,000 sign-on bonus, flexible, no-contract options, upfront payment choices, and tiered pay differentials by unit plus shift differentials.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of bedside RN experience.
• Nursing degree from an accredited school (BSN preferred).
• Current RN license in the state.
• BLS through the American Heart Association.
• Physical requirements: push/pull/lift 50 pounds; prolonged standing/walking; reach/bend/kneel/squat.

Full-Time Sign-On Bonus: $20,000

• Flexible, No-Contract Option: Bonus paid in four equal installments at 6, 12, 18, and 24 months.
• Upfront Payment Option: Receive 50% at start and the remaining 50% at 6 months with a 2-year commitment.

Competitive Pay with Tiered Differentials:

• Tier 3 (Med/Surg):+$5.00/hr
• Tier 2 (Stepdown):+$7.50/hr
• Tier 1 (ICU):+$10.00/hr

Additional Shift Differentials:

• Evening: +$2.00/hr
• Night: +$2.50/hr
• Weekend: +$1.50/hr

Qualifications

• Experience:1–2 years of bedside RN experience
• Education:Nursing degree from an accredited school (BSN preferred)
• License:Current RN license in the state
• Certifications: BLS through the American Heart Association
• Physical requirements/demands:
  • Push, pull, and/or lift 50 pounds on a regular basis
  • Prolonged standing and walking each shift
  • Ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties
