Mercy Nursing Earn as You Learn Program - Fall 2025
Mercy St. Louis, South, Jefferson, Washington, Perry, and Southeast
Mercy's EAYL program provides LPN/RN senior level Nursing students the opportunity to receive a $2,000 (taxed) stipend for the completion of their senior practicum (last semester) at a Mercy hospital.
Students will receive structured support throughout your senior practicum with various members of Mercy leadership, including supervisors, clinicians, and nurse managers

*To participate, student must commit to a bedside nursing position post graduation- it is encouraged that this is on the unit you are completing senior preceptor hours on. Commitment time after graduation is 6 months.
*Mercy St. Louis will only offer this program on Med/Surg, Med/Tele, Oncology, Neurosurgery, Neuroscience, and Stepdown units.
To be considered for the program, you must submit an application by July 1st, 2025.
