Mercy Nursing Earn as You Learn Program - Fall 2025

Mercy Springfield

Mercy's EAYL program offers LPN/RN senior nursing students the opportunity to receive a $2,000 (taxed) stipend upon completing their senior practicum (last semester) at a Mercy hospital.

Students will receive structured support throughout their senior practicum from various Mercy leadership members, including supervisors, clinicians, and nurse managers.

Build professional connections and secure a position post-graduation!

*To participate, students must commit to a bedside nursing position after graduation—preferably on the same unit where they complete their senior preceptor hours. The commitment period after graduation is 6 months.
