Job summary

Esquire Bank is hiring an analyst to daily review merchant credit card processing applications from agents and ISOs. You verify documentation, perform data entry, and communicate status. You will support risk managers and underwriters to ensure compliant, timely decisions.

The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent written/verbal communication. Hours are full-time, Mon–Fri, 8:30 am–5:30 pm in Jericho, NY.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business preferred.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills; ability to present ideas clearly to management.

Responsibilities

• Perform data entry and quality controls on submitted merchant applications.
• Review accounts submitted by ISOs and agent partners per merchant policies.
• Recommend risk mitigation techniques to minimize financial loss exposure for merchant accounts.
• Work with ISO underwriters and risk managers to manage risk structures.
