• Reliable transportation for in-person merchant visits.
• 4+ years in merchant services / payments sales with a documented track record.

• Displace incumbent processors by clearly proving savings (Cash Discount, wholesale rates).
• Build referral pipelines with associations, ISVs, and local business networks.
• Consistently exceed monthly volume and revenue targets.
• Mentor newer reps and share winning objection-handling tactics.
• Close new merchant accounts and hit weekly activity + monthly quota.
• Keep a clean, current pipeline in the CRM.
