Astryd Ai is hiring a field sales professional in New York City to close merchant services deals for independent operators. You will present a compelling case for the platform with interchange teardown and consolidation benefits, building your own pipeline and closing 8–10 accounts monthly.

This role offers 100% commission with no salary floor, a residuals model on net revenue, and an equity grant with standard vesting. You must be comfortable meeting owners in person across NYC.

Qualifications

• 1+ years merchant services / payments / POS / B2B field sales.
• Proven success on 100% commission; no base salary.
• Comfortable with in-person NYC field sales.
• Existing network of business owners is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and close independent operators across NYC.
• Present the interchange teardown and consolidation case directly.
• Manage your own pipeline — no micromanagement.
• Minimum 8–10 approved accounts per month.
