Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day business management of the product portfolio, tracking priorities, deliverables, and timelines.
• Manage product roadmaps to ensure alignment with business goals and delivery schedules.
• Track execution of product initiatives, launches, and pilot programs, including risks and dependencies.
• Drive accountability and follow-through across cross-functional stakeholders.
• Manage leadership operating cadence, including meetings, reviews, and planning cycles.
• Coordinate meeting inputs, agendas, decisions, and action tracking.
• Partner with engineering and platform teams to support prioritization of product and technology initiatives.
• Collaborate with finance and product teams on forecasting, budgeting, and financial tracking.
• Monitor performance against plans, identifying risks, gaps, and opportunities.
• Develop business cases for new product initiatives, including scenario analysis.
• Create executive-ready materials and presentations to support alignment and decision-making.

• Familiarity with data and reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, SQL, or similar tools
