We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with a proven record of success to leverage ChargeAfter's embedded lending platform in the market. The Sales Manager will play a crucial role in new merchant acquisition and revenue growth in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  1. Build a sales pipeline by targeting merchants to expand the customer base and increase revenue.
  2. Sign deals with strategic new customers to achieve results.
  3. Continuously improve and refine the selling process to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.
  4. Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and the competitive landscape.
  5. Represent ChargeAfter at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the brand and solutions.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  2. At least 3 years of experience in solution selling SaaS products to merchants/retailers (e.g., furniture, home improvements, medical, electronics).
  3. Experience in payments/POS financing products to merchants/retailers is an advantage.
  4. Proven sales record with targets met or exceeded.
  5. Ability to communicate clearly and gain buy-in from senior executives.
  6. Analytical mindset capable of adapting to a fast-changing market.
  7. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
