Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret Personal and Business Credit Reports.

Responsibilities

• Monitor merchant activity via report analysis and outbound calls.
• Hold questionable batches until investigations are completed.
• Communicate actions and outcomes to stakeholders.
• Review merchant website for compliance with terms.
• Decide funds and perform evaluations on risky accounts.
• Analyze credit, financial, and underwriting docs.
• Determine reserve amounts and releases as needed.
• Understand chargebacks and related rules.
