Job summary

BBG Ventures, LLC is seeking a Launch Specialist for our client, a technology company enabling local commerce, to onboard restaurants to our platform. The role is contract-based and on-site in Baltimore, MD, with substantial travel and a hybrid workload.

You will work with sales, account management, operations, product, and analytics to design onboarding plans, train merchant staff, and optimize merchant workflows to drive adoption and revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 5+ years in restaurant/bar management, customer support, or hospitality.
• Strong attention to detail and superb customer support skills.
• Able to work cross-functionally with other departments.
• Willingness to travel and have reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Onboard restaurants to our products and improve their lifecycle experience.
• Travel to merchant sites in the region and across the country.
• Collaborate with sales, account management, operations, product, and analytics teams.
• Train merchant staff on using the platform.
• Develop onboarding strategies and materials.
• Learn client software configuration and implement digital ordering tools.
• Identify workflow improvements to maximize revenue.
• Adapt quickly to an evolving work environment.
