Job summary

Lowe's Merchandising Services Associate plays a key role linking Merchandising and Store Operations to create an optimal shopping experience. You will build eye-catching displays, ensure accurate signage and pricing, and support merchandising projects across Lowe's stores.

Roles include minimal customer interaction, opportunity to develop product knowledge, and participation in Lowe's benefits programs.

Qualifications

Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally.
Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish assigned tasks.
Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time.
Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted.

Responsibilities

Complete merchandising resets and service-related projects according to Lowe's specifications and provide proof of completion for assigned tasks.
Verify buyback items and ensure they are pulled, prepped, and ready for shipping.
Update/validate wayfinding and product location signage, and maintain digital information in store systems.
Confirm product pricing information is clearly visible and replace missing labels.
Help drive add-on sales by staging clearance products and placing displays throughout the store.
Repair/replace damaged signage, merchandise, and displays.
Communicate project priorities, schedule, and needs with Merchandising Services Team and Manager.
Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution and in-store service to leaders.
Complete other duties as assigned.
