• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Tag, hang, and code merchandise accurately and securely.
• Collaborate with management to optimize flow of goods to the sales floor.
• Monitor team productivity and coach as needed.
• Organize back stock for easy replenishment and maintain signage standards.
• Support safety, labor laws, and loss prevention programs.
