Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters in Ponce, Puerto Rico, is seeking a full-time Merchandising Team Leader to drive the store's merchandising strategy and guest experience. You will train and coach the team to meet AEO brand Visual standards and ensure floorset execution, replenishment, and guest readiness.

As a Leader on Duty, you’ll analyze daily trends, develop short and long-term plans, and coach for performance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading retail teams and coaching staff.
• Proven ability to execute floorsets and replenish stock.
• Strong guest experience orientation and brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales as Leader on Duty and optimize fitting room and salesfloor productivity.
• Coach team to deliver guest experience and adhere to AEO Brand Standards.
• Recruit and hire strong talent; train and develop staff.
• Provide ongoing performance feedback and conduct development touchbases.
• Maintain store operations and visual standards; ensure fitting rooms are guest-ready.
