Job summary

SAS Retail Services in Billings, MT is seeking an in-store merchandising associate to build displays, reset shelves, rotate products, and track inventory to maximize sales opportunities. You will support leadership with reporting, scheduling, and onboarding new hires, while delivering friendly, attentive service to shoppers and store staff.

No prior experience is required as training is provided. You must be at least 18, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and have reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of merchandising experience.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• 18 years or older.
• Experience leading and training people.
• Comfortable interacting with customers and management.
• Reliable transportation to work location.
• Ability to record work on a smartphone/tablet after each shift.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with bias for action and results.
• Ability to work independently or in a team with a safety-first mindset.

Responsibilities
