You will merchandise greeting cards, gift wrap, and party goods, while keeping backroom areas organized and stocked. The position offers hourly pay with staged increases and flexible scheduling, including more hours during holidays. Reliable transportation and English proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• 18 yrs or older.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English is required.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Access to reliable transportation for multiple locations.
• Technological competency to learn and use a company tablet.

Responsibilities

• Service assigned stores on your route, merchandising and organizing product orders.
• Display products in greeting card departments and maintain backroom areas.
• Communicate with management about scheduling and service concerns.
• Work in a fast-paced retail environment with good time management.
• Build relationships with store staff and management during daytime hours.
• Be available for extended hours around major holidays.
• Assist with store resets as needed and follow weekly service plans.
