American Greetings is seeking a part-time Support Merchandiser to service multiple retail locations, including Pearland, TX. You will display and maintain greeting cards and related products, ensuring shelves are stocked and promotions are visible.

Training is provided, and scheduling is flexible to accommodate holidays. Role emphasizes independence, time management, and the ability to work on-site with a team.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Ability to speak, read, write and understand English.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds with or without accommodation.
• Access to reliable transportation for multi-location routes.
• Access to reliable internet for updates and information.
• Able to learn and use a company tablet for training and daily tasks.
• Occasional weekends and major-holiday scheduling required.

Responsibilities

• Service assigned stores on your route, merchandising and organizing product orders.
• Display product in greeting card departments and maintain backrooms.
• Communicate questions or concerns about service or schedules to management.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment with strong time management.
• Collaborate with store staff during daytime retail hours.
• Be available for additional days and extended hours around major holidays.
• Assist with store resets including minor fixture work or product relocation.
