The position involves creating adherence to POS standards, routing merchandisers for sales and deliveries, and ensuring pricing is properly displayed. The ideal candidate has 3 years of merchandising experience, can lift 50 lbs repeatedly, and holds a valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle.

Qualifications

• 3 years of merchandising experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Capable to push and pull up to 100 lbs repeatedly.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Valid auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select and develop new hires; manage a team of merchandisers.
• Adhere to merchandising standards, inspecting POS initiatives.
• Route merchandisers for sales and deliveries.
• Ensure cost-effectiveness and maintain high levels of customer service.
• Ensure pricing is properly displayed.
• Provide merchandising coverage for vacation routes.
• Identify sales opportunities for Sales Representatives to pursue.
