Smith Gardens Inc. is seeking a Merchandising Supervisor to lead live goods merchandising for Home Depot and Walmart Garden Centers in the region. The role oversees 15+ merchandisers, guides store layouts, and ensures timely restocking and accurate signage.
Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in management and merchandising, with nursery or bedding plant experience preferred. Requires a smartphone clock-in and valid driver’s license; includes weekends/holidays and competitive pay.
The Merchandising Supervisor (MS) supervises all live goods merchandising in Home Depot and Walmart Garden Centers in the territory. The MS manages and supports a team of Merchandisers and Lead Merchandisers with all aspects of recruiting, onboarding, training, safety, and merchandising execution. The position is responsible for communicating the customers’ and SGI’s merchandising directions to the field teams to optimize the consumer’s shopping experience, as well as maximizing scans and sell-through. The MS is also responsible for managing the merchandising of third-party vendor products in the region.
$28.70 - $30.70 per hour
