Qualifications

• Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multi-tasking.
• Team player, working effectively with peers and supervisors.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Able to train others.
• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Executing receiving and merchandising standards and ensuring Associates are processing efficiently and effectively.
• Ensuring an excellent customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining a clean and organized store.
• Orchestrating truck delivery and prioritizing the processing of merchandise onto the sales floor.
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Maintains and upholds merchandising philosophy and signage standards.
• Communicates with management and Associates to address priorities and provide progress updates.
• Other duties as assigned.
