Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a Merchandiser Supervisor for San Fernando, CA to lead and develop a team of merchandisers in the field. The role supports stores across Simi Valley, Thousand Oaks, Goleta, Santa Barbra, and surrounding areas, with a base at the San Fernando facility.

The supervisor will manage 25 merchandisers, work five consecutive days with weekends required, and ensure POS execution, pricing accuracy and strong customer service while identifying sales opportunities for the Sales

Qualifications

• 3 years of merchandising experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Capability to push and pull up to 100 lbs repeatedly.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Valid auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select and develop new hires; manage a team of merchandisers.
• Adhere toKDP merchandising standards, inspecting the execution and implementation of point-of-sale (POS) initiatives.
• Route merchandisers for sales and deliveries.
• Ensure cost-effectiveness and maintaining high levels of customer service.
• Ensure that company pricing is properly displayed.
• Provide merchandising coverage for vacation routes.
• Identify sales opportunities for Sales Representatives to pursue.
