Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. in San Fernando, CA is seeking a Merchandiser Supervisor to recruit, train and develop a team of 25 merchandisers, oversee POS initiatives and pricing accuracy.

Based at the San Fernando facility, this role serves stores in Simi Valley, Thousand Oaks, Goleta and nearby areas. You will route merchandisers, ensure cost efficiency, maintain high customer service levels, and support sales opportunities for representatives.

Qualifications

• 3 years merchandising experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Capability to push and pull up to 100 lbs repeatedly.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Valid auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select and develop new hires; manage a team of merchandisers.
• Adhere to merchandising standards, inspecting POS initiatives.
• Route merchandisers for sales and deliveries.
• Ensure cost-effectiveness and high levels of customer service.
• Ensure pricing is properly displayed.
• Provide merchandising coverage for vacation routes.
• Identify sales opportunities for Sales Representatives.
