Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling in San Francisco seeks a full-time Merchandiser to stock, display and rotate products on local routes. You will travel to stores, transport items with equipment, and use our routing systems to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma, a valid driver's license with a clean record, and the ability to lift 25–50 pounds regularly. Union and comprehensive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation with a valid driver's license and adequate auto insurance.
• Ability to lift, push & pull 25–50 pounds regularly.
• 0 to 6 months of general work experience.

Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and other outlets to stock, maintain, display and rotate products on assigned routes.
• Transport product between backroom and display floor using pallet jack or hand truck.
• Use company systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring.
• Complete merchandising checkouts and upload photos documenting execution.
• Maintain and organize backstock areas to support inventory levels and freshness.
• Perform other projects or duties as assigned.

• Hourly Pay Rate: $32.00, plus Mileage reimbursement

Position Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along assigned routes
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck
• Use company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring
• Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts
• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education And Experience

• A candidate must be 18 years of age or meet the minimum state legal age requirements.
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license. Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.
• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis
• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience
