Job Overview:

Merchandising Supervisor for North Harrisburg and surrounding areas

The Merchandising Supervisor is responsible for recruiting, selecting, training, and developing merchandisers, along with managing point-of-sale and pricing activities.

Details
  • This position will be based out of our Harrisburg facility, supporting customer's stores in North Harrisburg, Williamsport, State College, Bloomsburg, and surrounding areas.
  • Will directly manage a team of around 18 direct reports.
  • This position involves working 5 consecutive days, including weekends if needed, starting at 5:30 am until work is completed.
Responsibilities
  • Recruit, select, and develop new hires; manage a team of merchandisers.
  • Adhere to KDP merchandising standards, inspecting the execution and implementation of point-of-sale (POS) initiatives.
  • Route merchandisers for sales and deliveries.
  • Ensure cost-effectiveness and maintain high levels of customer service.
  • Ensure that company pricing is properly displayed.
  • Provide merchandising coverage for vacation routes.
  • Identify sales opportunities for Sales Representatives to pursue.

  • This is a salary position, plus an annual bonus based on performance and eligibility.

Requirements:
  • 3 years of merchandising experience.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
  • Capability to push and pull up to 100 lbs repeatedly.
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Valid auto insurance.
