The role requires retail and management experience, and strong communication skills. You will assist with daily store operations, stock management, and merchandise planning to drive sales and store performance.

Qualifications

• Prior retail management experience preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Protect and secure company assets, including store cash.
• Adhere to policies and safety guidelines.
• Maintain stockroom and sales floor to company standards.
• Process corporate directives and store communications.
• Maintain store cleanliness and restock bathrooms.
• Ensure a positive, safe environment with customers and staff.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Process receipt and return of DSD merchandise.
• Manage freight flow according to productivity standards.
• Order and stock merchandise including frozen & refrigerated items.
• Ensure the sales floor is sales-effective.
• Plan and merchandise clip strips and power panels.
• Plan and implement monthly Sales Planners.
