Dollar Tree Stores in Sebring, FL is seeking a Merchandise Assistant Manager to help lead a dynamic team and drive effective merchandising and freight processing. This full-time role supports the Store Manager with daily operations and a focus on asset protection and customer experience.

You will be involved in opening/closing procedures, maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming spaces, and coordinating stock, freight, and merchandising plans.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail management preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and written skills required.
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical duties.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Protect and secure company assets, including store cash.
• Maintain stockroom and sales floor to company standards.
• Process freight and stock, including receiving and merchandising.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and presentable store environment.
