Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a Merchandise Assistant Manager in Bellevue to support the Store Manager in leading a dynamic team and driving merchandising and freight processing. You will assist with daily store operations, ensure safety, and maintain presentation across stockroom and sales floor.

The role emphasizes teamwork, strong communication, and a proactive approach to delivering value to customers and the community. Full-time position based in Bellevue, NE.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and management experience preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills required.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical duties.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Protect and secure company assets, including store cash.
• Adhere to all policies and safety guidelines.
• Maintain stockroom and sales floor to company standards.
• Process directives related to store activities (Pull/Hold, surveys, etc.).
• Keep the store clean and presentable across areas.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and staff.
• Other duties as assigned.
