Job summary

Sam's Club in Wake Forest, NC is seeking a full-time merchandising & stocking associate to keep shelves neat and stocked, unload trucks, and assist members with shopping needs. The role is physical and fast-paced, with a wage range of $17.00 to $25.00 per hour and opportunities to learn and grow within the club.

You will partner with store teams to ensure product availability, maintain clean displays, and support club pick-up orders while upholding safety and service standards.

Responsibilities

• Provides member service by acknowledging the member and identifying needs; guiding self-service tech; assisting with purchasing decisions; locating merchandise and resolving issues.
• Maintains safety of facility by conducting safety sweeps and following forklift procedures and hazardous material handling guidelines.
• Maintains the sales floor and merchandise presentation by zoning, stocking, pricing, and organizing displays.
• Monitors product quality and rotation to ensure proper dating, recalls, and seasonal promotions.
• Follows company policies and ethics in executing business processes and practices.
• Completes tasks by prioritizing, collaborating with managers, coworkers, and other partners; meeting deadlines.
• Ensures club pick up orders are fulfilled by picking and staging items per policy.
