Job summary

Lowe’s Merchandising Services Associate helps link Merchandising and Store Operations to deliver an excellent shopping experience in Lowe’s stores. You’ll craft eye-catching displays, ensure accurate signage, and support in-store projects while maintaining a weekday schedule and access to Lowe’s benefits.

You’ll work with the Merchandising Services Team to execute resets, adjust pricing, update wayfinding, and assist customers when opportunities arise. Benefit-rich role with growth potential.

Qualifications

• Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic reliably.
• Clear verbal communication and listening skills.
• Proficient with basic computer or web-based tools.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and service projects per Lowe’s specs.
• Verify and prep buyback items for shipping.
• Update wayfinding and signage, including digital holds.
• Ensure product pricing labels are visible and current.
• Support add-on sales by staging clearance items across the store.
• Repair or replace damaged signage, merchandise, and displays.
• Communicate priorities and needs with Merchandising Services Team.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on in-store execution.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
