Job summary

Lowe’s Merchandising Services Associate role connects Merchandising with Store Operations to deliver a great shopping experience in every Lowe’s store. You’ll create eye-catching displays, verify pricing, update signage, and support store teams while occasionally engaging with customers.

Qualifications

• Basic arithmetic and reading skills required.
• Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally.
• Proficiency using web-based computer programs.
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and service-related projects per Lowe’s specs; provide proof of completion.
• Verify buyback items and ensure they are prepared for shipping.
• Update wayfinding and product signage; maintain digital information.
• Ensure pricing information is clearly visible and labels are present.
• Assist in driving add-on sales by staging clearance products and placing displays appropriately.
• Repair/replace damaged items including signage, merchandise and displays.
• Communicate priorities, schedule, and needs with Merchandising Services Team and Manager.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution and in-store service to leaders.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
