Job summary

Lowe’s Merchandising Services Associate role is a key link between Merchandising and Store Operations, helping create eye-catching displays and accurate signage to improve in-store shopping experiences.

You’ll spend time on store displays and pricing accuracy, with limited customer interaction, while learning product placement and planograms. Weekend shifts may be required for some roles.

Qualifications

• Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally.
• Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish assigned tasks.
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time.
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and service-related projects per Lowe’s specs and provide proof of completion.
• Verify buyback items and ensure they are pulled, prepped, and ready for shipping.
• Update/validate wayfinding and product location signage and maintain digital information.
• Ensure pricing labels are visible and replace missing labels.
• Staging clearance products to drive add-on sales and place displays appropriately.
• Repair/replace damaged signage, merchandise and displays.
• Communicate priorities, schedule, and needs with Merchandising Services Team and Manager.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution and in-store service.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
