Job summary

Lowe’s is hiring a Merchandising Services Associate to ensure accurate signage, pricing, and displays across Lowe’s stores in Greenwood, SC. You’ll create eye-catching product displays, assist customers when opportunities arise, and help maintain organized, safe merchandise presentation to enhance shopping experiences.

The role supports the Merchandising Services Team with on-site duties, visual merchandising, and adherence to Lowe’s standards.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills for everyday transactions and pricing
• Active listening and clear verbal communication with customers and teammates
• Ability to use web-based tools and systems to accomplish tasks
• Physical stamina to sit/stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
• Experience with or willingness to learn using point-of-sale systems and store equipment

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and service-related projects according to Lowe’s specifications and provide proof of completion
• Verify buyback items and ensure they are pulled, prepped, and ready for shipping
• Update/validate wayfinding and product location signage, including digital maintenance
• Confirm product pricing is visible and replace missing price labels
• Staging clearance products to drive add-on sales and ensuring displays are properly placed
• Repair or replace damaged items including signage, merchandise and displays
• Communicate project priorities, schedule, and needs with Merchandising Services Team and Manager
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution and in-store service to leaders
• Complete other duties as assigned
