Job summary

Lowe's Merchandising Services Associate helps ensure our store signage, pricing, and displays are accurate so shoppers can locate products easily. You create eye-catching product displays that are safe, clean, and visually appealing.

Most tasks are store-floor focused with occasional customer interactions. You listen to customers, answer questions, and assist with locating merchandise, while supporting Merchandising Services Team to uphold Lowe's standards.

Qualifications

• Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally.
• Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish tasks.
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time.
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and service-related projects per Lowe's specs.
• Verify buyback items and prep for shipping.
• Update wayfinding and signage, including digital maintenance.
• Ensure product pricing is visible and labels are present.
• Help drive add-on sales by staging clearance products and proper placement.
• Repair/replace damaged items including signage and displays.
• Communicate priorities and needs with Merchandising Services Team and Manager.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on execution and in-store service.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
