Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts in Washington state seeks a friendly, detail‑oriented Selling Associate to keep the showroom stocked, greet customers, and help locate merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Keep the front sales floor/showroom area stocked, fronted, and clean.
• Complete sales preparations, greet customers on the sales floor, and ensure the retail showroom presents a professional and inviting appearance.
• Greet customers, assist them in locating merchandise, or direct them to a parts specialist if hard parts are needed.
• Check in, price, and put up stock.
• Keep merchandise on the display floor fronted, full, and assist with inventory responsibilities.
• Change displays according to company guidelines, update planograms, complete price label changes, and ensure signs are in place.
• Remove all sale material when a sale ends and restore original pricing.
• Assist with stock adjustments, cycle counts, and overstock returns.
• Work with the manager to complete store weekly inventory and merchandising tasks.
• Occasionally serve as a cashier or drive a delivery vehicle to make deliveries (must meet driving eligibility requirements).
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Compensation

Pay Range: $17.13 - $23.50 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses and premiums that may be paid in amounts ranging per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
