Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to work in-store, owning and executing start-to-finish tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and merchandise assembly. You will provide legendary customer service and support for other tasks as needed, interacting with customers and team members daily.

Requirements include prior retail or merchandising experience and being at least 18 years old.

Qualifications

• Retail or merchandising experience is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reading, writing and counting accurately is required.
• Basic computer skills preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills are expected.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to resolve issues ethically with minimal conflict.
• Self-directed with ability to complete assignments with little assistance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Perform project related measurements.
• Complete store price changes accurately and timely.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage including Circulars and Price Cuts.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Perform recovery and review planogram integrity.
• Deliver legendary customer service using the GURA method.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment and adhere to safety guidelines.
• Team Members may perform other duties as assigned.
