Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to work in-store, owning start-to-finish tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and fixture assembly while delivering legendary customer service.

You will interact with customers and team members, ensuring accuracy in merchandising updates and price changes, while maintaining safety and a positive store environment. Schedule flexibility and a service-oriented mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• FAST Team Members must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Perform project related measurements.
• Complete store price changes accurately and timely.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment.
