O'Reilly Auto Parts is hiring a Merchandising Specialist to keep the front showroom stocked, faced, and clean while assisting customers and preparing sales materials. The role includes stocking, price updates, and occasional cashier or delivery duties as needed.

Applicants should be organized, able to read and compare numbers, and work well in a team. Spanish language ability is highly desired, with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to clearly read, write, and match numbers and letters from various sources.
• Basic computer skills.
• Must be able to work well with others in a team environment.
• Previous stocking experience.
• Ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers on sales floor, assist them in locating merchandise or direct them to a parts specialist if needed.
• Check in, price, and stock merchandise.
• Keep display fronted and organized; maintain O'Reilly Image Maker standards.
• Update displays, pricing, and signage as required by promotions.
• Assist with stock adjustments and cycle counts; support weekly inventory tasks.
• Occasionally serve as cashier or drive a delivery vehicle when needed.
