Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a Merchandising Services Associate to keep store signage, pricing, and displays accurate so merchandise is easy to locate. You will create safe, visually appealing product displays and assist customers when opportunities arise.

The role supports part-time schedules with benefits including health insurance, tuition assistance, and a company match 401(k). You’ll gain experience in merchandising and trade skills through Lowe's Track to the Trades program.

Qualifications

• Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Able to hear, listen, and communicate verbally with others.
• Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish tasks.
• Sit and stand for long periods and lift 25 lbs unassisted.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and service-related projects as per Lowe's specifications.
• Verify buyback items, prep for shipping, and ensure proper handling.
• Update wayfinding and product signage; maintain store signage and pricing accuracy.
• Ensure price labels are visible and replace missing ones.
• Staging clearance products to drive add-on sales and optimize displays.
• Repair or replace damaged signage, merchandise and displays as needed.
• Communicate priorities and scheduling with Merchandising Services Team and Manager.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on in-store service to leaders.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
