Job summary

Lowe's Merchandising Services Associate role connects Merchandising and Store Operations to deliver a great shopping experience in Lowe's stores. You will create product displays that are safe, visually appealing, and easy to access, while maintaining signage and pricing accuracy.

Qualifications

• Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally.
• Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish tasks.
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods.
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and service-related tasks per Lowe's specs.
• Verify buyback items and prep for shipping.
• Update wayfinding and product location signage, including digital maintenance.
• Ensure pricing information is visible and labels are updated.
• Aid add-on sales by staging clearance products and organizing displays.
• Repair/replace damaged signage, merchandise, and displays.
• Communicate priorities and needs with Merchandising Services Team and Manager.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution and in-store service.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
